How much does it cost?
Brand Kit is €1,200 + IVA (€1,476 with IVA). If you only need a logo, Logo is €500 + IVA (€615). Design Team is €2,000 + IVA to set up your design system, then €700, €1,200 or €2,400 a month + IVA depending on volume.
After the brief and a free 20-minute call, you get a short page with the setup we recommend and its price. You decide after you’ve seen it.
How do payments work?
50% when you book, 50% before the final files. The first half covers the creative directions we present. If none of them fits, our direction guarantee applies: three new directions, then half of the deposit back if those don’t fit either.
What if I don’t like the directions?
If none of the three directions fits, we design three new ones at no cost. If those don’t fit either, half of your deposit comes back. You only keep paying for work you want to use.
Are there hidden costs?
The prices are fixed: Logo €500, Brand Kit €1,200, Design Team setup €2,000 plus €700, €1,200 or €2,400 a month. All prices are shown without IVA (23%), which is added on the invoice. The only extras are an additional creative direction (€150) or refinement round (€80), and only if you ask for them.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Tell us about your business, who it’s for and what you like. References help but aren’t required. If you’re unsure between Brand Kit and Design Team, choose “Not sure” in the brief and we’ll recommend one.
Is the intro call free?
Yes. After the brief you can book a free intro call, or continue by email if you prefer.
Technology and AI
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool. Designers set the direction, make the decisions and check every result. Technology helps us explore more options and produce files faster. The How we work page shows who leads each step.
Will my brand look like everyone else’s?
That’s the problem we exist to solve. Generic results come from letting a tool decide. Here, people choose the idea, the typography, the colour and the details — and nothing ships until a designer has approved it.
What happens to the materials I send you?
We use them only for your project. [Confirm and link the data and AI-tools policy before launch.]
Files and rights
What files do I receive?
Brand Kit: logo files in SVG, PNG and PDF, colour codes for screen and print, font details, the brand book as a PDF and the examples we designed. Design Team: the agreed materials each month, ready to publish.
Who owns the work?

Can I start with a Brand Kit and move to Design Team?
Yes, and it’s the smoothest route: the Design Team works from the brand book we made together.
Can I stop the monthly subscription?
Yes. If Design Team isn’t right for you after the first month, cancel without a notice period. After that, [confirm notice period and terms].
